At Century Graphics and Signs, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom products that meet your expectations. However, due to the bespoke nature of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy:
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized Products: Once an order has been printed as per customer specifications and agreed upon, we do not accept returns. This includes any custom graphics, signs, or other personalized items.
Authorized Returns:
- Pre-Approval Required: All returns must be authorized by Century Graphics and Signs before any product is returned. Please reach out to sales@centurygs.com to discuss your return claim.
- Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for return or credit.
Valid Reasons for Returns:
Returns will be considered under the following conditions, provided they affect at least 2% of the order and are due to an error on our part:
- Wrong garment colors
- Incorrect artwork sizing
- Color discrepancies in the artwork
- Missing items from the order
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@centurygs.com with details of your order and the issue encountered.
- Inspection and Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will review the issue. If the return is justified based on our policy, we will authorize the return.
- Return Shipping: If approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Century Graphics and Signs does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the error was entirely our fault.
Refund and Credit Options:
- Refund: If eligible, we offer a refund to the original method of payment.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, we can provide a credit to your account for future purchases.
- Reprint: We might choose to reprint the order correctly at our expense.
